TEiM has developed several levels of training to meets the needs of our clients. Most of our training courses are modular and usually can be delivered in 4 hours sessions. We do have a few training classes that are longer because the information and simulations require an 8 hour session. The purpose of our modular training sessions is to transfer in a fast and effective way all of the intellectual property required to allow our clients to implement and control their improvement process. Doing it this way shares responsibility for the process throughout the organization.

TEiM can deliver a complete training package for each client to meet their needs.
